Africa wants to import jute bags from Bangladesh


Export Trading Group is a Tanzania based African export body. The Group  proposed on Tuesday to import jute bags from Bangladesh. The proposal proposed when an Export Trading Group(ETG) delegation met industries Minister Dilip Barua's office in capital Dhaka. The delegation has been led by Mahes Patel of the ETG. Myanmar Country head of the ETG Sanjoy P Jain was present and among others in delegation program.
The Export Trading Group(ETG) expressed interest to export urea fertilizer under government to government system. In the meeting, various issues added about agriculture and commercial relations among African countries and Bangladesh for mutual profits. Speaking on the meeting, Mr.Dilip Barua called upon the Export Trading Group representatives to invest in chemical fertilizer, IT, Ready-made Garment and explore other investment opportunities.
